1. To remove the icons, you can open up /root/Choices/ROX-Filer/PuppyPin and delete all the entries that you want to remove. Your sounds settings ARE being saved, or NOT being saved? And which settings? For an emulator, or Puppy itself?
You can always put a new wallpaper called 'default.jpg' at /usr/share/backgrounds/... This is the safest and most reliable way to update the wallpaper, as this is what Puppy looks for as default...rfxcasey wrote:Sometime after a reboot it says it can't find the desktop wallpaper. Also, to fix (reset!) the desktop, you can install the either bling or no-bling fix... then save your settings...
