I haven't played around with Bluetooth in puppy for quite some time... So I hope ill be able to help you. Maybe ill just be pointing you in the right direction until someone else helps you.

NOTE: This was done on Puppy 4.X... I am not up to date with the older versions...

Puppy doesn't come standard with bluetooth drivers. But they are easy to install.
I installed the following.
bluetooth-modules-k2.6.18.1.pup - Can be found at:
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewto ... 5384#85384

experimental_BT_1.pup - Can be found at:
http://www.debernardis.it/dotpups/experimental_BT_1.pup

bluez-utils-3.9.pet and bluez-libs-3.9.pet
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewto ... 0&start=15

After that you should be able to access your bluetooth device...

Let me know if it works.
