Well... It's the same result, isn't?

Not really. While hacking certainly leads to compromised sitecode, the possibility of personal user information being stolen, it doesn't necessarily lead to slowed or stopped traffic. If someone hacked the forum to steal private user info, they might want the forum traffic to remain at normal speeds, for example, so they could continue to intercept more information.

@hamoudoudou/Pelo:

I've just made a pet to open doc/rtf/ppt/xls files in Rox, by piping leafpad through catdoc, so you don't need to install Abiword! docx will still show up as garbage though. Enjoy Image

Who is really the Puppy Builder of Slim Slacko 6? I am lost. I have this Puppy loaded from archives.org.. But it is not a puppy for me (with the manga as desktop, we agree ?) I prefer a lot japanese Moeppy Puppy, with a geisha audio welcome, but with no manga. I posted a How-to on You TUBE based on it wich is one of my more successfull. Viva Japan, Viva Moeppy and Viva Slim Slacko if still alive.

Poor confused pelo...

ninaholic is the Puppy Builder of the Slim 6 Puppy. I know this because she told me.
Ninaholic, please tell pelo yourself, please? Pelo doesn't want to believe me!!! :(
Or maybe damned pelo is just trying to get my goat! (He does that sometimes!)

As to the desktop background, it's only a desktop background. It can be easily be
changed. There are many good sites for beautiful pictures and backgrounds if you don't
like the Slim-6 default backdrop.

Finally, I'd like to bring out and insist on the fact that ninaholic has done a tremendous
job of making a minimal Puppy. We hadn't seen one in a very long time.
It's fast,
responsive, very well thought out and, last but not least, based on the latest Slacko.

You can take her slim-6 Puppy and fatten it up into any specialist Puppy that you need
or like. Or use it as is.

ninaholic topic. is the only one . It does not matter. I have the ISO. I keep it because it's collector. Musher0, go ! keep it alive.

Thank you, ally Very Happy
Also try here, but that only gets you what the topic looked like on 1 Feb, after it was vandalized. Does Google archive any further back?
"Pelo is just trying to get my goat!" :?: Please translate this to french, it's not clear. The only goat i know is the Mr Seguin's goat, eaten by the wolf.

@ Pelo -- "Getting your goat" and variations, refers to an old custom when horses were commonly used for transportation -- or so I seem to recall. It goes like this...

Horses, like people, don't like to be very lonely, so often a solitary horse, or pair of horses, would have a goat kept in the stable with them, to keep them company. Occasionally, a local or travelling vandal or outlaw vigilante would let out the goat, to spook (scare) or otherwise upset the horse or horses, so that when the lawmen --or posse of law-abiding townspeople-- came out and got on their horses, they wouldn't get very far.

Hence "to get someone's goat" -- to provoke or goad someone into being unnecessarily upset.

Hello all.

Here's the devx for Slim-6:

It's the same as the one for Slacko-6, but without the "forgotten menhir" ;).

Do not enjoy, do not pass Go, do not collect $200.

Slim Slacko is waiting for you ! Just ring the bell :) There is no reason to go crazy about it - "il n'y a pas de quoi fouetter un chat !"
Sure Moeppy Puppy is much more reasonable. You could change the default background, however. That will not prevent you using Slim Slacko.

Hello, LazY_PuppY, pelo and all.

I think I mentioned this before: it's only a wallpaper... You can easily change it. I did.

Here's one site (among many many others) where you can go to find and download a
new wallpaper: https://wall.alphacoders.com/by_sub_cat ... ?id=167192

My Slim-6 desktop now looks like this: (please see attached).

Hi Sylvander.

I added in my pevious post the source URL where I got that photograph from.

For the record, there's another photograph with the same model and animal, at
https://abstract.desktopnexus.com/get/2119574, and that one is signed:
"Alexandra Gileta,www.giletafoto.ru".

Credit where credit is due! Thank you, Ms. Gileta, for sharing your talent.

Who knows? Maybe Ireland and Russia have some legends in common? Or this
Russian lady photographer was somehow influenced by Celtic folklore?
