Henry wrote:Cannot unmount a drive. How did this happen?

I've been fiddling around with PreciseNop 5.4.3, my highly adapted puppy of several years, and I'd like to recover from something I apparently did, perhaps in working with grub. Finally I removed all the grub stuff - decided I wouldn't be using it (although I had for quite some years before). I just got lost,
My attempt of an explanation.
Your removed grub stuff contained "pfix=ram".
You could mount and unmount sda1

This stiff removed the system is using a savefile on sda1 now
and you cannot unmount.
Nobody can unmount.

Please try to ask another question that could help us to define and solve your problem.

These Screenshots are looking like the desktop present at your web site - except for the desktop color.

Unfortunately you are presenting lots of hidden files (.) that I don't need to see.

Sorry for not making it clear enough, though I need screenshots presenting /root and /mnt in a Rox filer window. I'm not familiar with any other file manager.

Don't have Rox?

Download, extract and execute from its extraction directory.

No, but I gave my old drum kit away for free to a music store collecting instruments for refugees!
