Portable Browsers - for installation outside of normal root system areas to minimize running filesystem's storage needs

Notes for novice users: PETs are for permanent filesystem installations, integrated into the overall system's management structure while SFSs, though existing in the filesystem, intend to be only become operational when loaded via some built-in system's means.
