Therapy for depressive souls

#1 Post by zigbert »

If you feel down, - I suggest a canvas....
Therapy at least for me :D

If you are a happy dude, please return.
This won't do you any good.

To listen to Hardanger Fiddle helps sometimes.
Repetitive melodies a bit like Techno music :)
I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though

zigbert, very interesting images, the jester in the forest hit a cord with me, brought back the memory of childhood dreams which my son and I both share, nice work.

I guess along the lines of cheering up by seeing how much worse off
we can be, I make this contribution.

Here is a starter link of Holocaust Footage narrated by Alfred
Hichcock. I think about seven videos in the series.

Hello,people.

You are indeed not alone. Art or music therapy may certainly help, but if you need to talk about what's getting you down with the blues, you can reach out with just a click of your mouse to groups such as:

http://www.emotionsanonymous.org/

http://www.befrienders.org/

http://www.depressionhurts.ca/en/recovery_journey.aspx

http://www.info-depression.fr/

Perhaps you'll find someone there who'll listen...

All the best in your quest.

This should raise the spirits of any metalhead! (this , on the other hand... not.)
What's the ugliest part of your body?
Some say your nose
Some say your toes
But I think it's your mind

Well, it could have been cool with Øystein on the tailfin, but his family refused to make it happen (reported in national media). But sure, Mayhem is therapy
