Funky issue with Firefox on Puppy 4.2.1

I was listening to a streaming program and it was periodically interrupted and replaced by a screen with a url something like worldbelle...com and the single word on the page "done".

We have VOIP and sometimes it occurred when a call was placed or received, but not always.

I never experienced this before.

BTW, I switched to another computer running Debian and it didn't recur.
