Thanks for response. Unetbootin did not worked for me. PC has no floppy support. So I could not put MBR on the floppy. At first I did not want to modify MBR of PC. Try checking to see if the flashdrive has a bootflag set in gparted If not, set it and try again I checked with gparted, boot flag set. PLOP should work IF the flashdrive is bootable Test it in a different PC, with USB bootability to be sure... I tried this usb with plop, on a different pc, laptop ...

Then I disable the ethernet card by ifconfig eth0 down.

Hi,

I am a newbie.
I just download Lucid puppy 5.2.8 , Instant updat 001 and 002.

I have Intel Celeron 1200Mhz ,256 Mb RAM PC.
