I used linux mint on all my machines off and on, back to puppy linux. I realized that apt was in the repositories so I tried installing it. I get some error messages when I tried and use it. I thought since I'm so used to using apt get etc on linux mint this would be nice to still be able to use. Is...

Can someone point me to a native install of vice c64 emulator .pet or deb that will work with sound?

It works on previous puppy distros did this with xenial and a few others. You just sometimes have to much around to get network and sound working. In one case I think I also needed the nvidia driver. Seems to work on this version too. I copied my save file to 3 or 4 different computers. Worked fine ...

I have gone back to a previous savefile that did not have the session issues. The fix for this power down/pupshutdown issue IS easily fixable by following the advice ...

Shutting down with xfce
Running bionicpup 64 8.0 I install and use xfce and compiz from repos. When you use the pupshutdown menu from the xfce start menu, it starts, but when you press reboot or shutdown for example, the panels disappear then nothing happens. I thought it was just the computer I was on, but I copied my sav...

Is there a start menu editor for Bionicpup64?
I am using bionicpup 64 and xfce. My start menu got a bit borked with wine entries, and I would like to just remove wine from the start menu (I made custom launchers I use for windows programs) Anyway, don't need wine on start menu, its a mess I could do without. I seem to remember from xenialpuppy ...
