Cannot control sound slider on tahrpup

#1 Post by gychang »

latest tahrpup is very good, I can hear sound so the hardware is working, I can not seem to get the slider to work properly. I am confused to which one of the dropdown menu work, and none of them seem to.

sliding scale does not change with mouse or key at all

Right click on the speaker icon in the try.
Choose full window.
Make sure the normal stuff is checked and their sliders are turned up.

May or may not need to have PCM checked.

Look at the channel selection and make sure it is set for the speaker setup you have.
Example:
2ch is two speakers.
Etc.....

Left click on the speaker icon will adjust the master only.
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected :shock:

Run menu->Setup->Multiple Sound Card Wizard.
Usually the first one is what you need to select.

If you select the correct device.
Your hardware list should look like this:
