How to change the color of desktop icon legends?

* This is a tool (which many desktops have), and this ability to invert the text color is very handy esthetically. Maybe I missed it ?

You may wonder why I'm.mentioning such details. Well, I have been using this Tahr (awful name) for several weeks, and very seriously.. This is a wonderful program and a great group effort, the best Puppy by far I've seen out of the dozens I've tested and used intensively and professionally over many years..
