Many service lines now require that you 'Press button 1 for this, button 2 for that ...' etc. To be able to use such service features during a Puppy Linux based Skype call (Skype version 4.3) .....

During the call press your keypad 'd' character and that will add another icon at the bottom/centre of the call window. Click on that icon and that brings up the dialpad.

You can then use that dialpad to enter responses to the 'Press button 1 for this, press button 2 for that ...' prompts.

Thanks very much for posting this. The during-a-call dialpad is something which was easy to find in Skype 2.2 but I did not know how to access it in the more recent Skypes with the new style call window. The standard dialpad which is used for initiating calls does not work for sending DTMF tones during a call so, as you correctly say, you do need to be able to bring up this second dialpad sometimes.
