Nvidia driver changed default sound card

I was testing tahrpup 6.0.2 then installed Nvidia driver and then rebooted to load nvidia module. After reboot sound was lost and volume and mute keys stop working.

I have 3 sound cards 1st is on-board, easily to disable through bios. After reboot puppy picked my nvidia video card as default sound card though hdmi, i dont want my default sound though hdmi.

so i went to "/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf" and added these lines

# Keep Nvidia HDMI from being loaded as first soundcard
options snd_hda_intel index=-2
# Set my SB LIive! as first soundcard
options snd_emu10k1 index=0

Rebooted so changes take hold, sound volume and mute keys are now working as they should.

Has other run into same or similar issues after loading nvidia driver?
