For all lovers of Proteus electronic simulation program that runs on Windows and want to run it in puppy can run it very easily with wine, they have to download the program:

While installing a window appear, the only thing we have to do is configure the system of windows that we are using, in my case Windows XP.

When the program is started about error messages, I have not used much but all the simulations that I did funcionarion well.

Although the official website of Wine says no 3D modeling works well and some things more.

wine “/mnt/sda1/Archivos de programa/Labcenter Electronics/Proteus 7 Professional/BIN/ISIS.EXE”

/mnt/sda1/Archivos de programa/Labcenter Electronics/Proteus 7 Professional/BIN/ISIS.EXE”

is the executable path of Proteus in my computer given default.

You shall have to change if different on your PC

We can create a link to the desktop of this script.

We should note that for the link to work must have mounted the unit where the executable Proteus, in my case sda1.

Well I hope will be useful for people, see you
