Tahr Puppy went to the "xorgwizard screen" instead of booting as usual.

I tried some things like Fallback but nothing is working so far.

Can someone help please.

Installed how?
On what?
What did you do just before this happened?

I installed one of the previous configurations that Fallback had listed. I picked one on a date before the crash occurred.

"On what ? "

Do you mean what version of Puppy ? using 5.9.3

I don't remember what I was doing when the crash happened.

Well, this usually indicates that the xorg.conf trying to be used at bootup has something wrong. That is why it boots to Xorgwizard.
Does it give you the option to use a different xorg.conf?
If yes.
Try a different one offered.
May need to try several before you get the one that still has usable settings.

It happened to me recently, also.
I changed graphics driver options in xorg.conf to something that just did not work.
I had to go thru about all of the optional xorg.conf offered, before I finally got one that would boot OK.

How Puppy is installed. Full or frugal and to what kind of device. Hard drive, USB flash drive, ssd, CD/DVD are all clues as to what may be happening.
If installed frugally to a hard drive or SSD that is NTFS format that could also cause problems if Windows is on the same drive. Windows can fragment the Puppy files and cause problems.

Slacko 6.0 is beta so it is still a little buggy.
