Hello there,

I am experiencing problem with device mapper, LVM and cryptosetup (from Slackware) under Slacko 5.7, which is apparently related to udev. For example vgchange -a y and cryptosetup luksOpen hang up with udev cookie waiting for zero status. So there is probably some problem with udev scripts. It can be manually "fixed" with dmsetup udevcomplete but that is not solution of course.

It is almost clean Slacko 5.7 with no manual changes to udev / etc.

Does anyone else experience it? Is there a solution?

Thanks.
