mono SFS for Precise/Tahr Puppy

You can install mono-complete form the Ubuntu universe repo. using the Puppy Package Manager. But so many dependencies and consuming a few space of pupsave.
I made SFS easy to load/unload mono-complete.
Mono is required by the OpenSIM and some applications.
