Scantailor 0.9.11.1 - is there a pet?

I am looking to get the program Scantailor (http://scantailor.org) running from a live puppy CD. I see that somone made a PET on this post for 0.9.7.2:

The problem is all the links are now dead so I cannot download it. Also since this post a more stable version (0.9.11.1) has been realeased on the 27 February 2012.
I wondered if anyone got this runing on puppy or had a pet to download?

following a message from another user I think I may just go down the wine route.

I did try installing it from the repository on precise puppy, but I got some buggy behavior.
