I wrote a small setup guide. I use it just to remind the steps i have to take when setting up a machine. Maybe it is useful for other people. Read an let me know if it is good. Want to expand it in the future. There are no pictures yet in the guide.

Some useful info in there. I like the part about editing the *.ppd file to enable grayscale only and more resolutions.
