Hi,

Is their a splitter ( like in PyQt4 ) in gtkdialog. I have searched and could not find one.

Hmm, I think you'll have to arrange widgets using vbox and hbox
in vbox (vertical) widgets are added one below another and in hbox (horizontal) one after another - side by side

I'm not very good with gtkdialog yet myself so wait for other answers too
