Problem with Puppy Package Manager

Hi there,

Today I was installing Apache onto Sulu and done something wrong and so uninstalled Apache and all it's dependencies, which all went smoothly.

However when I went again to go back into Package manager it wouldn't open!

Here is what command line said:

** ERROR **: gtkdialog: Error in line 30, near token '</vbox>': syntax error

aborting...

The first line happens when I click install from the desktop and the second happens when I click the button to open package manager.

I have also tried:

puppy pfix=clean

at start up but to no avail,
