There are 2 builds of puppy or derived from puppy that may run on your arm hardware.
It's not as simple as get an image and boot it.. each arm device has it's own different (to varying degrees) bootloader, mostly based on Uboot and specific kernel requirements. So you have to be willing to get your hands dirty, or convince someone capable of getting their hands dirty, so that you can adapt an image to the target hardware.
Please do a bit of homework and then get back to us.

any support for...Android_Mini_PC or similar mini pc's
i need puppy linux on 30 usd devices with hdmi port
I think this can be done, but the problem that sticks out is HDMI and where would a Touch-screen come from? Android, like Win8, intends to be a touch interface for the user experience.
Hope this helps in your decision planning. _________________ Get ACTIVE Create Circles; Do those good things which benefit people's needs!
