Gimp 2.6.12 for Wary 5 and Racy

Wary 5 and Racy are still in development , mainly by
French programmers ---> wolx and Rolx
So this version of Gimp should work well with these distros.
ORA files can be opened if python is installed. That's why
I included the python pet in package.
However one problem I noticed is that I couldn't get gmic plugins to work.
You just need to install the gimp pet for a minimum install.
It doesn't work with Quirky.
