How to install Sweet Home 3d?

i installed
http://www.sweethome3d.com/download.jspax86.tgz
after installation it told no menu entry will be created
can some one tell me where the application will be installed?

Hi...

So the message screen didn't show the installation directory? If not, a wild guess would be /usr/bin.

Looks like a nice program. :)

Its a java program so you will need that plus working opengl video driver.

The program itself...if you open as an archive you will see (hopefully) where it has installed itself..... Otherwise in /root/.packages you should see a file with its name and if you read it it lists all the files installed

Well in some puppies there is a helpful video wizard that should lead you to the correct package.....but recent ones I am unsure..perhaps someone else can elighten us to the current wisdom
