This is my first forum post so greetings pupy world!! Very Happy

So let's get straight to the business.. I have racy derivate that i want to share with you
and i hope it will be useful for some people

So basically it is official Racy 5.5.1 with some of useful programs added:

- Thunar 1.0.2 (standalone version)
- Wine 1.4.1 + winemenu
- Parcelite(autostarted)
- Virtual Magnifying Glass
- Flash 11.2.202.327
- Java7 u45
- Updated Seamonkey 2.23
- Opera 12.16
- Skype 4.2.0.11
- Gimp 2.6.8
- Audacity 1.3.12(replacement for mhwaveedit)
- Gtk Youtube Viewer 3.0.2
- LxTerminal
- LxTask manager
- Avidemux Video Editor 2.5.3
- Guvcview 1.5.0
- Xvidcap 1.1.7
- AcetoneIso

Misc:
- Openal
- w_scan for dvb cards
- unace,7zip,arj for xarchiver
- No blank screen(and modified .xset.sh added to startup so you will have screen saver and screen blank-power off disabled by default)
- Libs like QT4,sdl etc. needed for some of the programs to function properly
- Few icons,gtk,jwm themes and madbox wallpapers

Fun:
- PCSXR 1.9.92
- SDL MAME 0.136
- SNES9X
- Gens
- DosBox 0.74
- Nestopia

Not many built in stuff has been removed. Idea of this remix is to enhance default Racy Puppy to have more functionality out of the box

Congratulations to developers for their great work on Racy 5.5

Also huge thanks to many users for providing pet files on the forum

Couldn't load first time booting up from usb (video/gfx card issue?), used pfix=nox (before creating save file)

cdrw disc kernel panicked so I flipped a coin and used a cdr disk instead of usb. Save file on 2 Terra Byte drive. Frugal on 320gig drive. Now on to other installs.

-Update- Prer 5.5.2 fresh built from Racy 5.5 ISO,most of puppy built-in stuff has been updated including important security updates,some apps have been changed or updated compared to Prer 5.5.1 release,much more thought put to it.. This is what i use on daily bases so i decided to share it,why not somebody might find it useful Smile

EDIT: Can anybody provide a dotpet for the latest virtualbox guest editions. I want to see how well this works with seamless mode.

Thanks.
I'm not very familiar with puppies.
When more apps are added to a puppy, such as this one, are all the apps loaded at once into the ram?
So that one needs a machine with more ram to run it efficiently?
