Beyond that, all of the lupusupers support "xz" compression, which is used for SFS files built for recent puppies. Those are the only two benefits, but important if you need them. I considered the save folders but decided that I do not want to add that new capability to lupu, especially considering that it was upgraded repeatedly recently. I want to avoid last-minute fixes in case it still needs work to be sure there are no unintended consequences.
Remember, the main reason to maintain lupu is so that those of us who need nothing more can keep up with current versions of things without competing with newer pups.
