Improper shutdown screen

I did a remaster and this screen keeps popping up just before Xorg starts. Clicking ignore and X starts normally. Can I fix this by editing the base file and if so what should I look for to edit? BTW, the problem goes away as soon as I use a save file.

you copied over a hidden file in /etc called ....erm...I forgot

edit /etc/.XLOADED
always seemed a little pointless but thats just me
