Should I remove file in slakosave.2fs?

Hello
I have a file under C: with no pathway which has 767 MB.
I would like to remove it if it did no harm to other files or the system.
I have a Zorin pen drive I don't need and if they are related I would remove both. If using it recreates this file i would not use it. I am writing you as I have used your program and know you understand Linux far better than I do. Thank you for your help.

Ok adding to my other reply if you ARE using puppy then slackosave IS important and in use.
