Jitsi pet and sfs for PHAT Slacko and Slacko XL

Hello Everyone:
Jitsi (formerly SIP Communicator) is an audio/video and chat communicator that supports protocols such as SIP, XMPP/Jabber, AIM/ICQ, Windows Live, Yahoo! and many other useful features.
Jitsi is Open Source / Free Software, and is available under the terms of the LGPL. More detail is available on jitsi's website www.jitsi.org.
I have made an sfs and .pet file for puppy linux (PHAT Slacko and Slacko-XL). Working nicely without any issues. Not checked on other versions like precise/wary etc. The users may face a problem on precise/wary/slacko-retro due to missing dependencies and lib files.
