Hello,

Here is a zip file containing :

fr.lng : language file in french for the puppy menu translator created by Mark Ulrich.
Ted_fr_FR.ad : language file to translate Ted (RTF editor) in french. Rename the file as "Ted" (without "") and copy it in /root/ before running Ted. I've found this file at the following URL :
http://www.abul.org/telechargements_edu ... d_fr_FR.ad

I've a little problem with the Puppy menu translator : when I try to close the last message window ("JWM now will be started on a second display") my system crashes and I become a window showing partially the dialog box giving the choise between Xvesa and Xorg. A message says : "Starting X with video mode 0X0117 and mouse pseaux

merci beaucoup :)

I updated the Dotpup with your menu.

Concerning the crash, do you use X.org or Xvesa for the display?

With Xvesa I can't do anything, only reboot
With X.org I obtain a black screen with only the taskbar visible and I can use the puppy menu.
I have the problem with all the distributions I have tested : 1.08, 2.0 and 2.01
But no problem, I can live with it.
Thank you for your work for the puppy distribution.

Yes, but that is no error ;)
Before this JWM starts, a message-window should tell you, that it runs on a second display.
You can exit it with
menu -shutdown - exit to prompt
or with the keys
CRTL-ALT-Backspace.

I also could add an option, to run it in a window, but this would require an additional 2 MB-program (xnest).
