Dear Pups and Puppesses,
The new Puppy Forum at LinuxQuestions.org is now up and functioning. Here is the mail from Jeremy:
Remember, the primary function of that forum is to act as a backup place for us to continue our discussions if/when there are difficulties here, and to point people asking Puppy questions to the knowledgebase already present in this forum.

Just in case JohnM has some problems with the OS upgrade on his domain (lets hope not). This forum would be a good temporary backup.
