Turkish Keyboard Support In The Default Version

#1 Post by arseh2 »

Is it possible to put Turkish keyboard input selection to the default version of the Puppy Linux?

Should be possible, seems to be 600KB compressed .
But there are several layouts that contain tr* .

console keyboard layouts *.gz files are located in /lib/keymaps .

You would need to open the .deb with xarchive and extract it and fetch the layout files and copy them into /lib/keymaps so /etc/rc.d/rc.country script can use them :

Code: Select all

gzip -dcf /lib/keymaps/$KMAP.gz | loadkmap
