#1 Post by oui »

bonjour

#4 Post by Pelo »

I had lately made a post exactly on this issue at the Hardware forum.
On another topic (can't find it atm) I had also mentioned that I had discovered some software by exactly those years old topics kicked on top of this forum by pelo.

I think this is some newly dis-social behavior -which is already all around the internet- (like: Mobbing) to ask for filtering users posts and or Avatars/Signatures as asked for in the other topic.

Next Guy/Girl may ask for filtering some themes/topics of the forum as he/she may not being interested in such topics/themes.

Where to have an end of this filtering?

However, I would like to see some filtering in general on the internet at all:

- Racism
- Fascism
- Terrorism
- illegal download platforms (Music, Movies, Photographs, Software)

On the other hand:

- do you really like to get only filtered Information at Facebook, Google Search etc.?

Filtered Information is only (max.) the half of information and one may never ever discover any interesting new stuff (which could be old as well) by getting filtered information from Facebook and Google - related to the your previous used search terms and what might fit in to these searches (which is then decided just by Facebook and Google)!

certains topics font jurisprudence

#9 Post by Pelo »

Why germans would give rules here ?
In Roma, the forum was the place where people exchange ideas (agora in greek)

No, Pelo.

I can't read/write and/or speak in French language, though I got some knowlegede of the French language, to know immediately the meaning of French titles like this one: filtre anti-pollueur pour le forum de Puppy Linux.

Immediately the other topic of filtering avatars and signatures of users came to mind, so I just found it interesting to read here - I'm doing so from time to time, but usually need to use translation software (to be translated to EN since translation from FR to DE is really ugly) and am usually not posting here.

Though, I decided to post here, but I don't want to make THE RULES for the forum in any manner.

However: Restons entre francophones or Remain among francophones doesn't really fit into the European Idea, no?

Personal attacks are treated by personal messages.

Oui lives in Germany and speaks german, he will have no need of a translator by posting his ideas in the german forum , as you are interested by the subject.

And if he has something to tell me, he will send me a Personal Message.

I find ok if Pelo writes billions of msg's if he will and so can enter into the list of the Guiness book :? !

But I would like to have the possibility to mark in my forum preferences "Read: all users excepted Pelo, ... " .

for me, after that, he can continue to open and reactivate each thread that he want :x ...

The German forum is mostly inactive. If it would be more active and if I would find needed help in DE forum, I would make my postings at DE forum.

It's just a natural behavior to post requests first in the forum of the mother tongue. Oui's mother tongue -of course- is NOT German. So naturally he opened this topic in FR forum.

No problem to me, so far as he surely did not open up this here topic to make me posting here!

Lazy Puppy spanish forum is as yours. Users have gone elsewhere.
Spanish : i know where they are, i participate to Nilson Morales ones, and in Facebook too. Sites are really nice, with detailed explanations and slide shows for new Pupjibaros or Others. And issued for each one
German, i dont know, excepted MU (Facebook).
A forum is much more than a repair shop, its an exhibition (free of charge) and a pool of ideas coming from everybody.
Not a military organization with one chief, and only the ideas of his own.. Perhaps Oui imagines to decide who will post or not...
In the contrary, i think some Puppy-Builders are not posting enough, to keep interest in the life of their Puppies (RSH of course is not concerned). And Lazy Puppy too.. :)
Germans are asking for Pelos, a lot of Pelos :!:
