PDF thumbnail preview

I have been searching for some pet or sfs than can enable user to have thimbnail preview of their pdf and openoffice documents. Is there any?
If anyone can guide to where I can get them?
My eyes got sore going thru some 3000 pdf books title in my pdf folder just to get to the book that i want to read.
I would love to have the Preview. That will ease off some the eye sore...
