PMADAS (Puppy Mount All Devices At Startup) |
|
I give PMADAS to introduce a more advanced and practical utility. I suggest you test Pmsd (Puppy mount storage devices).
-----------------
PMADAS (Puppy Mount All Devices At Startup) is a small utility that allows you to automatically mount all storage devices during startup (after the launch of the X server).
Currently, POM is proposed with local en-fr (gettext method).

There is a bug.
Until I find a solution, I suggest you do not use pmadas.

@nilsonmorales & RSH
I tried to adapt your translations.
I know it is far from perfect.
Proposals: when you think Psmd is mature, and when you have some free time, I hope you will be ok to check/fix local es-de.
Sincerely,

Hello cyber4dude.
Can't say, never tried it.
This is what I use to mount all the partitions I want mounted at
startup. Please not that it doesn't mount all devices at startup.
You can include this in your rc.local file in /etc/rc.d or use it in a regular
script, your choice. If you use it as a regular bash script, it'll need the
"crunchbang" line at the top.
Code: | ##########
type="";for type in ext2 ext3 ext4 udf;do
mount -a -t $type
sleep 0.5s
done
if [ "`mount | awk '/vfat|ntfs|ntfs-3g/'`" ];then
type="";for type in vfat ntfs;do
umount -a -t $type
sleep 0.5s
done
fi
########## | IHTH.
