Virtualbox 4.2.13 on Lucid 5.28.005

I have tried reading Asterisk's stuff and I've got as far as installing the above version on Lucid 5.28.005. I've got the extension pack installed as well. I can cope with installing them with Windows as a host as well.
I have several customers who have/would like to see Puppy and I plumped for Lucid as that is the one I'm most familiar with.

I have the same Lucid 5.28.005 installed as a guest
Now I just need to configure the guest additions and I'm struggling to understand/find the instructions on how to do it in these versions.

Can someone post specific instructions for Lucid 5.28.005 as guest under this version of Virtualbox please (or create a pet)?
