That could be useful. How about a description of how to install one in Puppy? :)

I've a better idea.

http://www.dafont.com/ -- all fonts free for personal use; some are free for all uses including commercial.

Free fonts aren't hard to find, though. :) Here's a couple of the sites I check (Blambot has both commercial and free fonts, so you may have to do a little digging):

(Edit: starhawk beat me to mentioning dafont... )

Hello Flash,
Download any TTF font and unzip it if it's zipped. Copy it to usr/share/fonts/default/TTF please note the directories in /usr/share/fonts differ between Puppy versions. Simply open any directory in the fonts directory until you find the directory containing .TTF fonts and drag and drop any new fonts you've downloaded in to that directory.

Under Ubuntu / Mint in the home directory is a hidden directory called .fonts
simply copy any TTF fonts in to that directory. If it doesn't exist create it. Ubuntu / Mint will now use your added fonts.

Under Fedora the .fonts directory is located in the home directory under .local/share/fonts If the fonts directory is missing again create it.
Legacy OS 2017 has been released.
