How to set up port forwarding for rtorrent?

Guys which ipaddress do I give my wireless router to enable port forwading for rtorrent?

Some commands return 192.168.1.33/24 , others just 192.168.1.33

Sorry, I'm new to port forwading, I can just about figure I should give the internal ip adress rather than external but the rest is over my head

port_range = 68xx-68xx
in your ~/.rtorrent.rc to something of your choosing.
then open those in your router and firewall
router ip is usually 192.168.1.1 , access it from your web browser,then give your pc a permanent ip address ,then port forward the port selected above to that ip
