Midnight Commander version 4.8.8

I compiled and made pets of Midnight Commander 4.8.8 in Lupu-528.005,
Also tested and works in Raring-3.8.4.2
It should work in other puppies as well but untested.
It needs the slang dependency loaded as well.

Can you include the help-file, please? My old mc is
old, so it would be great to read about any modifications.

Artfulpup makes 4.8.19 available from PPM xenial. Installed but no interest in these old tools.
