I've been using UAE to run my old Amiga Software for ages now
I successfully compiled it natively in Fatdog521 and it works flawlessly in Fatdog 611

I'm not sure if all dependencies are covered as I run a rather full system.
If it doesn't go on your system let me know
I don't have enough computers to test it on.

You may need to hunt down some kickstart roms on the net if you don't have them already -- I can't recall if they were included.
