How to install F4L Flash replacement?

I wanted to make a game-based swf, adobe flash is a paid software, I found a replacement software adobe flash . I do not know how to install .TGZ, help me to change into .PET http://sourceforge.net/projects/f4l/?source=dlp |

I haven't checked out the package, but normally you just open the tgz in the archive manager and extract it to "/" If it is the source code, you will have to compile it. Which is hard on puppy. If it's source, you might want to find packages and dependencies for it already made in other archive formats. |
