Another steal from 01micko!!!
Another steal from 01micko!!!
For his PHATSlacko double zero mick did steal Adrv idea from Archpup development team, and even admits it without shame. Look here.

Now he's stealing my idea for makesfs script, and sharing it as his own here:

What a thief is that double zero!

Oh Man!
This is really hard to say.
Surely we all (almost all) are creative thiefs (from time to time) which is the basement of an creative artist! Me one has been faced to such accusations in the beginning of LazY Puppy.
This mostly might have been true at this time...
But to call 01micko a "thief" and posting it over and over (is there some more?) again is really hard and in my humble opinion unfair to our community!
Sorry to say this, but I think it's true!

hey simargl
I normally like to be the grey man in these matters but you're being a dick
from the little I understand the adrv was the brain child of jemimah and I've found micko to be a pleasant and helpful contributor who has produced some of the best in puppy land
reading the tone of both your contributions you come out the loser and look like a muppet
I hope you stop being such an @rse or leave, really disappointed

try slowing down simargl, I was not dissing your work but the tone of you posts, what you are doing is making yourself look foolishreading the tone of both your contributions you come out the loser
How about to show me yours contribution...
could you confirm that the adrv is your creation and all the code and ideas for archpup and alpha are your own and bespoke?
if not why carry on the way you are? I just think it's a real shame
I do not see what the beef is about?
Are we all writing Open Source software/code that can be used by others or not?
As an example, I wrote a GUI that is used with others software to format floppy disks.
I used a modified template from another forum user and pieces of code from others I asked for help when designing the utility.
I also stated in comments in the code that it could be used or changed as anyone saw fit.
If you stated in your code that it was copyright to you, and you wanted recognition/credit if used elsewhere, I could understand that.
But since you code was released as Open source, it is fair game and not stealing.
