I had these poor results trying to see my screen in gray scale. Nobody did better?

I am in Racy53 now
changed:
background to lightgray
gtktheme to Gradient-grey
puppy icon switcher to stark042
posting this in seamonkey grayscale
problem is rox
if I click on home icon then screen is becoming unusable (too much black)
going back to color mode now (cp xorg.conf.color xorg.conf; restart X)
