Iron browser on AMD 64bit not good hogs savespace

#1 Post by nooby »

I had 183 MB free on save file
and installed Iron-23.0.1300.0.Stable-for-Lucid.pet
and now I have only 99 MB so a single browser took up
84 MB that is too much for me :)

What went wrong there?
After removing it then suddenly I have 208 so
208-183 gained 20 + 84 mb that is good :)

I must have done something wrong?
Maybe the Iron not compatible with the 64bit?
I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though

I tried Iron, and I do not trust it.

For one thing, it asked if I want to import the password settings from my other browser, and incessantly too.

For all the efforts of the Iron team to take out the security flaws of Google Chrome, you still can't polish a turd.
