How to install Flash in Chromium? (Macpup 528)

Hi guys to macpup today, just done the full install today. ive downloaded Chromium because Firefox was so bad.
Now im looking for flash to run the likes of YouTube and other vids.
If you know how to get this could you please tell me in step by step format, just as im kinda new to macpup..

Go back over to the Macpup web site and click on forum. We have guides posted there for flash, java, e17, and other stuff.

Thanks for the tip, but the posts in that forum for flash is about FireFox, im using Chromium and trying to get flash on this browser...
