Hola.
¡Saludos!

Hello. I'm trying to install Puppy Wary 5.3 on a Pentium 3 500 Mhz with 192 MB of RAM and 15 GB hard drive. The motherboard is a PCChips M748 supports Slot 1 and Socket 370. It's a really old computer. My problem is that when you boot your system, always hangs at the part where it says "Performing" switch_root "to the layered filesystem", whatever you do. I tried the boot syntax to disable ACPI completely tried unplugging the hard drive and it still does not boot. Aid on this problem are irregular and have found useful information. What else I can try?
Oh, I forgot to say that other distributions, as Galpon Minino (derived from Debian) do work, but as it has little RAM, I prefer to install a distro Puppy type for better system performance.
Thanks anybody. Congratulations for the work!
Wary 5.3 CD don't boot (Wary 5.3 no arranca)
