Subject description: La Cour donne raison à SF-Linux et estime que l'appel d'offres du RRQ a été bâclé.

Les entreprises qui utilisent le libre ont maintenant le droit de répondre aux appels d'offres provinciaux au même titre que les sociétés qui basent leurs services sur ouinedose. L'étau se desserre !
