Most Puppie lack Help for mtPaint, Sylpheed, Gnumeric

In a number of modern Puppies, asking for Help in Sylpheed, mtPaint, and Gnumeric results in error messages. This tiny pet fixes that. As don570 says below, one should close the programs before installing the pet.

The mtpaint handbook can be added quickly with a pet package that
I made.

It warns to quit running mtpaint before installing the handbook
since the configuration file needs to be modified.

Hey don570, This package links to the mtpaint handbook online rather than installing it--no doubt serious users of mtpaint would get quicker response with your pet.
