My attempt to create a NES PC
Today I got an idea, convert my old NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) into a modern PC. Why? My old NES doesn't work anymore and I thought it would be cool to try. I have looked at some tutorials and found one I liked. Also I realized there are some restrictions:
-I can only use a Mini-ITX form factor motherboard.
-I have to make room for the i/o shield.
-I also have to make room for a power supply. AND...
-For a dvd-rw burner, I need a laptop dvd-rw burner. _________________ Desktop: Intel 945PSN Board, 3.2Ghz P-IV "Prescott 2M", 2GB RAM, 160GB WD HDD (IDE connected as SATA), Slackware 14.1, LMDE, Akita Beta 16 and Puppy Arcade 11
