This contains several bugfixes, not least of which are improved saving (you can save more easily to your stick's other partition or to a hard drive) and improved menus (JACK submenu is persistent even when fixmenus is run). It upgrades the Seamonkey suite, fixes the help page, and more.

Just extract the file, and click on the "install" script.
